Terms of Service

1. Account and access

You must keep your account details accurate and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account unless you have timely reported a proven security incident to us.

We may require email verification, anti-abuse checks, payment checks, business identity details or other reasonable verification steps before granting or maintaining access.

2. Permitted use

You may use the product only for lawful purposes and only within the functionality made available to your account.

You may use the web app, desktop app, Telegram bot, reports and white label features for your own internal or client-facing work, provided you comply with these Terms and the Commercial Terms.

3. Prohibited use

You may not:

reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to bypass technical restrictions or licensing controls, except where mandatory law expressly allows this;
resell, sublicense, share or redistribute access in a way not expressly allowed by us;
abuse trial logic, anti-fraud measures, rate limits or payment flows;
use the product to violate law, third-party rights, platform rules or payment rules;
interfere with product security, availability, infrastructure or monitoring.

4. Hosted components and support

Hosted dashboard functionality, desktop update delivery, Telegram features, white label reports, email flows, exports, integrations, account history and support are hosted or service-related components, not perpetual guarantees.

We may modify, limit, suspend or discontinue such components at any time for technical, commercial, legal, security or operational reasons.

5. Search and third-party dependency disclaimer

The product interacts with or depends on external search-related environments, messaging platforms, payment providers, email services, hosting and other third-party systems. We do not control all such systems.

We do not guarantee that third-party systems will remain available, unchanged, compatible or commercially viable. We are not responsible for outages, bans, API changes, rate limits, policy changes or other third-party actions or omissions.

6. No promise of SEO or commercial outcome

The product is an analytical and operational tool. It does not guarantee indexing, search visibility, rankings, traffic recovery, link effectiveness, campaign profitability or any other particular result.

You remain responsible for your own SEO, indexing, publishing and business decisions.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the product if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, the Commercial Terms, applicable law, platform rules, anti-fraud rules or third-party rights.

We may also suspend access where necessary to investigate abuse, protect infrastructure, comply with law, respond to incidents or prevent harm.

8. Perpetual license versus hosted availability

Where we describe a paid software license as perpetual, we mean the software license itself is not sold on a recurring subscription basis. That description does not create a promise of perpetual support, perpetual updates or perpetual operation of every hosted feature.

For planned shutdowns, any paid checks remaining after the effective shutdown date may generally be used during the grace period described in the Commercial Terms. After that period they expire.

9. Disclaimer and liability

The product is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties not expressly required by mandatory law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special or lost-profit damages, or for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page and will apply from the date of publication, subject to non-waivable rights under applicable law.
