Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to purchases made on IndexChecker Pro, including software licenses, paid checks, hosted features, invoices, reports and other digital product components.
It works together with the Commercial Terms, Terms of Service and any mandatory consumer protection rules that cannot be waived by contract.
2. General rule
Because IndexChecker Pro provides digital access and usage-based services, refunds are generally limited. In most cases, completed purchases are final once access has been activated, checks have been credited, or the service has been used.
We may still consider a refund where required by applicable law or where we confirm it in writing on a case-by-case basis.
3. Items that are usually non-refundable
- used paid checks and other consumed usage units;
- trial, bonus, promotional or compensation credits;
- partially used or already activated digital services;
- custom setup work, issued invoices already processed, or other completed delivery items;
- products or features purchased through a clearly stated non-refundable offer, if allowed by law.
4. When we may approve a refund
We may approve a refund if a charge was duplicated, a payment was made in error, access was not delivered as promised, or another problem makes a refund appropriate under applicable law or our written confirmation.
If a refund is approved, we may deduct the value of already used checks, completed work, processing fees, chargeback-related costs or other amounts where permitted by law.
5. How to request a refund
Send a request to support@indexchecker.pro with your account email, payment date, payment method and a short explanation of the issue.
We may ask for order details, receipts or other information needed to verify the payment and the service state.
We aim to review refund requests within a reasonable time after receiving the information we need.
6. Chargebacks and disputes
Please contact us before starting a chargeback whenever possible. Many issues can be resolved faster through support.
If a chargeback is filed fraudulently or in bad faith, we may contest it and may restrict access to the account to the maximum extent allowed by law and payment rules.
