1. General Provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy (the "Policy") has been prepared in accordance with paragraph 2 of part 1 of Article 18.1 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Law") and defines the position of sole proprietor Tatyana Nikolaevna Rubtsova (the "Operator") in the field of personal data processing and protection (the "Data").

1.2. This Policy applies to all personal data processing operations carried out by the Operator, including through the Internet.

1.3. The Policy applies to all personal data of data subjects processed by the Operator, including data collected via the website indexchecker.pro.

1.4. The User's use of the Operator's website means consent to this Privacy Policy and to the conditions of processing the User's personal data.

2. Key Terms

Operator means sole proprietor Tatyana Nikolaevna Rubtsova, who independently or jointly with others organizes and/or carries out personal data processing.

Website means a set of graphic and information materials, as well as software and databases, ensuring their availability on the Internet at indexchecker.pro.

User means any visitor of the website indexchecker.pro.

Personal Data means any information relating directly or indirectly to an identified or identifiable natural person (the User).

Personal Data Processing means any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) performed with personal data, with or without automation tools.

3. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data

The Operator processes the User's personal data only where at least one of the following legal grounds exists:

  • Federal Law No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data";
  • the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
  • agreements concluded between the Operator and the personal data subject, including the Terms of Service and the Public Offer;
  • the personal data subject's consent to processing of personal data.

4. Categories of Data Subjects and Scope of Data Processed

4.1. Under this Policy, the Operator processes the following User personal data:

  • email address;
  • technical data such as IP address, cookies, browser type, and access time.

4.2. Other data such as full name, phone number, or address may be requested only where necessary, for example to prepare closing documents for legal entities, and are processed separately within contractual relations.

4.3. The Operator does not process biometric personal data or special categories of personal data relating to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs.

4.4. The IndexChecker Pro software processes URL addresses and access keys for third-party data providers exclusively on the User's device. Such data is not transferred to the Operator.

5. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

5.1. The User's personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • performance of agreements and contracts with the User, including account activation and provision of access to the software;
  • ensuring operation of the Website and the Software;
  • communication with the User, including sending notifications, requests, and information regarding use of the Website and the Software, as well as processing User requests and applications;
  • statistical and other research based on anonymized data, including traffic analytics.

6. Procedure and Conditions of Personal Data Processing

6.1. Personal data processing is carried out on the principles of lawfulness, fairness, and data minimization.

6.2. The Operator takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, alteration, blocking, copying, disclosure, dissemination, and other unlawful actions.

6.3. The Operator performs mixed personal data processing, including collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer, blocking, deletion, and destruction.

6.4. The Operator stores personal data no longer than required by the purposes of processing, unless a longer retention period is required by federal law or by an agreement to which the personal data subject is a party.

6.5. Grounds for termination of personal data processing: achievement of processing purposes, expiration of consent, withdrawal of consent by the personal data subject, or discovery of unlawful processing.

7. Updating, Correcting, Deleting, and Destroying Personal Data

7.1. The User may withdraw consent to personal data processing or request deletion of personal data at any time by sending a notice to support@indexchecker.pro with the subject line "Withdrawal of consent to personal data processing".

7.2. The Operator shall cease processing personal data within 30 days from receipt of such withdrawal unless retention of the data is required for fulfillment of obligations imposed on the Operator by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

8. Responses to Data Subject Requests

Users have the right to obtain information regarding processing of their personal data. To exercise their rights and freedoms, personal data subjects may contact the Operator via email at support@indexchecker.pro.
