Windows app FAQ
Does the app need installation or administrator access?
No installer is required. Save the executable in a writable folder and run it there. Normal application use does not require administrator access.
Why can Windows show a SmartScreen warning?
The current public build is not code-signed. Windows can therefore classify a new download as unrecognized. Use only the official download URL and verify the published checksum.
Are the desktop and web accounts different?
No. Both interfaces use the same account, license, balance, projects, history, and reports.
How are updates delivered?
The app checks the official release manifest over HTTPS and verifies the SHA-256 checksum before replacing the executable.

Start in the browser or download the Windows app. Your IndexChecker Pro data stays in the same account.
